Kerala has a wonderful tradition with a lot of ethnic value and culture. The cuisine is closely linked to its richness in cultural diversity. The cuisine majorly uses coconut and rice as the basic ingredients and are used in some form or the other in every meal. Kerala is known for its unique dishes which are bound to tickle your taste buds. Bringing in the exchange of cultures over an authentic Kerala meal is home chef Manju.
The meal will be served course wise, starting with the appam and stew, followed by kappa and curry and then the main Kerala sadhya. Sit back, relax and get ready for a wonderful Kerala meal and experience it with our home chef Manju and her husband Philip.
SAMBARAM
Slightly spiced curd mixed with water and whisked. It acts as a refreshing and cooling drink during summers

Appam is a fermented rice pancake that perfectly partners a delicious medley of vegetables prepared in coconut milk
KAPPA WITH CHUTNEY
Kappa made from tapioca/cassava which is paired with a homemade chutney
AVIAL
Simple comfort dish of mixed vegetables seasoned with coconut, curd and curry leaves
SAMBHAR
A classic addition to a Sadhya, Sambhar is a mildly spiced, lentil and vegetable stew
